Understanding your results and issue severities

When processing completes, the results dashboard shows every issue your sidekicks found, prioritised by severity and anchored to exactly where it occurs in your asset.

The results dashboard

The results screen is a two-panel layout: the asset viewer on the left and the issues panel on the right. Visual anchors are overlaid on the asset — a timestamp for video, or a page and region for a PDF — and are colour-coded by severity. Clicking an issue in the panel jumps the viewer to its location, and clicking an anchor highlights the matching issue. Each issue also shows the sidekick that raised it and a confidence score.

If no problems are found, you see a clear zero-issues state.

The four severity tiers

Every issue carries one of four severity levels, defined by the compliance rules themselves:

Severity

What it means

Critical

A serious compliance problem that should be addressed first

Major

A significant issue that needs attention before sign-off

Minor

A lower-priority issue worth reviewing

Info

Informational — for awareness rather than urgent action

Issues are sorted with Critical first so you can prioritise the most important problems.

How issues are grouped

Where a submission has more than one asset, you can view issues per asset — each asset shows its own issue count. Within an asset, related issues are grouped into topics, clustered by the change required to fix them. A topic shows its shared resolution and an aggregate severity, so you can see at a glance that one change may clear several issues. Expand a topic to see the individual issues, each with its own description (what was detected) and resolution (what to change).

You can filter and sort issues by sidekick, severity, and status to focus your review.
