MediaMagic Verify is a compliance and quality-assurance platform that automatically checks your media assets against industry rules and flags any issues for your team to review.

What the platform does

If your team produces videos, documents or scripts that need to meet advertising, accessibility or editorial standards, MediaMagic Verify does the heavy lifting of checking them for you. You upload your assets, the platform runs them through specialised AI checkers, and it presents any problems it finds in one place so your team can review and resolve them together.

The core flow

Using MediaMagic Verify follows three simple steps:

Submit your assets. Start a submission and upload your files, or import them from a connected source such as Box or SharePoint. You can add helpful context (for example brand guidelines or transcripts) and choose which checkers to run.
Sidekicks check them. “Sidekicks” are specialised compliance checkers. Once you submit, the platform queues your assets and the sidekicks you selected analyse them. You will see real-time status updates as each asset moves from queued to processing to complete.
Review the issues. When processing finishes, any problems appear as issues, grouped by asset and graded by severity — Critical, Major, Minor or Info. Your team can then work through them.

Working with issues

Each issue has a status you can track as your team responds to it: Open, Resolved or Dismissed. Team members can leave feedback, and admins can mark assets as complete or archive them once the work is done.

The sidekicks

The platform offers several sidekicks, each focused on a different area:

ASA CAP — advertising compliance against the CAP code
Visual Accessibility — accessibility checks
Proof Reader — spelling and copy checks
Current Affairs — topical and contextual checks

You choose which sidekicks to apply each time you make a submission.
